How to set up access control on NetGear routers?

Open a web browser from a computer or mobile device which is connected to your network.
Type www.routerlogin.net in the IP Address box and press enter. A new window will open asking username and password.
Enter “admin” as the username and “password” as the password. Remember they are case sensitive.
Select Advance option then Click on Security, select Access Control.
Check the Turn on Access Control check box.
Select Allow all device to connect option if you want to allow any device to access your network without any password.
Select Block all new device from connecting option if you want to block new device to access your network without a password. Remember this option doesn’t affect previously blocked or allowed devices.
To view allowed or blocked devices that are not connected, select:
View list of allowed devices not currently connected to the network.
View list of blocked devices not currently connected to the network.
To allow any computer or device you’re currently using to access your network, check the checkbox next to the device or computer and then click Allow button.
Click the Apply button to save your settings.
